This blog will serve as one of our communication tools. I will post meet schedules, announcements, team news and pictures. Mission Statement
The FSS Tritons Swim Team embraces all levels of swimming ability and provides each swimmer with a positive and motivating experience. FSS Tritons strives to develop exceptional student athlete's first, champion swimmers second. We do not measure success by the amount of trophies, but by the personal improvement and growth of each individual swimmer. We will work diligently to encourage every individual to achieve the highest levels of personal development in and out of the pool

Practice Schedule
Practices are held at Stoneridge Country Club
Monday and Wednesday 5:00-7:00pm
Saturday 9:00-11:00am

The FSS Tritons work outs will consist of a variety of training goals. The purpose of variation is to train to respond during a variety of physical activities, while keeping the swimming strong and healthy. Some of the training techniques we use will be resistance training, core strenghtening, streetching, aerobic, anaerobic activity and of course, training in the pool. As the old saying goes, "practice doesn't make perfect; perfect practice makes perfect."
